The Smart +Connected Communities Institute event will be held for the first time in Latin America, in Rio de Janeiro, on 1-2 June 2011, with focus on urban sustainability themes for Healthcare, Education, Transportation and Public Safety & Security, and in the context of the wider “Rio Global Green Business” event.

The S+CC vision is to provide value to the city/state agendas in their journey to modernisation and citizen services enhancement. Attending this event will be an important step in that journey.
